Little Farm Friends takes place on our real family farm in Kemps Creek, surrounded by animals, paddocks and nature. We’ve created a relaxed farm experience where children and families can spend time outdoors, slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures of farm life.
Our little visitors get the chance to meet some of our much loved farm friends, learn about the animals and experience what it is like to care for them. From scattering feed for our sheep and chickens, tossing feed to our goats, and meeting our rooster and rabbit, there is always something new to discover.
We believe children learn best through interactive experiences, curiosity and time spent outdoors. That is why our farm visits are designed to be fun, gentle and interactive, giving children the opportunity to connect with animals while creating happy memories with their families.
Our one hour Little Farm Friends experience introduces children to the joy of being around friendly farm animals. At the start of the session, each child receives their very own portioned feed basket.
Guided by our host, your group will explore the farm together, visiting different animal enclosures and offering feed along the way under close supervision.
Because we work with live animals, every visit is unique! Some animals eagerly head over to greet visitors, while others prefer to watch from a distance. Teaching children to approach animals gently and respectfully is a key part of the journey.
From gentle sheep to curious goats, here are some of the wonderful farm friends you will get to see during your session.
Meet our sheep and lambs in the interaction paddock. Some are curious and may come over for feed, while others prefer to keep their distance.
Our curious goats love seeing visitors. Children remain outside their paddock and can toss supplied feed into their designated feeding area.
Meet our rabbit during your visit. Interaction always depends on how our animals are feeling on the day.
Every child ticket includes a custom Little Farm Friends feed basket, filled with a portioned mix of treats prepared specifically for our animals’ daily diets.
Guided step by step through the tour, children learn how to divide their feed across each enclosure so every farm friend gets a friendly stop along the way. Because our team monitors animal nutrition very closely, feed amounts are strictly managed, meaning additional portions are not issued once a basket is empty.
This structure gives kids a meaningful, interactive role while teaching them patience and care for animal limits. For safety and health reasons, outside food, picnic items, or unapproved snacks are strictly prohibited inside the animal areas.

The animal feeding experience finishes at the end of the first hour. No additional animal feeding takes place during Picnic Stay.
Food brought from home must not be fed to the animals.
All picnic rubbish must be taken home. Farm bins aren’t available for picnic rubbish.
