Little Farm Friends – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Little Farm Friends operates small, pre-booked farm experiences with limited places available in each session. 

More Than 24 Hours Before Your Session 

Customers may contact Little Farm Friends more than 24 hours before their scheduled session to cancel or request to move their booking to another available session. 

Any transfer is subject to availability. 

Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Session 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable and the booked amount remains payable, subject to applicable law. 

No-Shows 

Customers who do not attend their booked session and have not provided the required notice will be treated as a no-show. 

The full booked amount remains payable, subject to applicable law. 

Cash on Arrival Bookings 

Where a customer chooses Pay Cash on Arrival, a valid payment card may be required to secure the booking. 

If the customer cancels less than 24 hours before their scheduled session or does not attend, the applicable cancellation/no-show amount may be charged to the payment method used to secure the booking in accordance with the terms accepted at checkout. 

Late Arrival 

Customers should arrive in time for their booked session. 

Because sessions operate within scheduled time periods, late arrival may reduce the amount of time available for the experience. 

Little Farm Friends cannot guarantee that a session can be extended due to late arrival. 

Changes or Cancellation by Little Farm Friends 

Little Farm Friends may need to modify, postpone or cancel a session because of: 

• severe or unsuitable weather;  

• unsafe property conditions;  

• animal welfare concerns;  

• illness or unexpected animal-related circumstances;  

• emergency situations; or  

• other circumstances that prevent the experience from being safely or reasonably provided.  

If Little Farm Friends cancels a session, customers will be offered either: 

a transfer to another available session, or 
a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled experience. 

Australian Consumer Law 

Nothing in this Cancellation & Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
